The Wolfsburg AG is  active in the field of intelligent traffic and mobility concepts together with the City of Wolfsburg and the Volkswagen AG for several years. Since it has taken in part in various e-mobility projects, the Wolfsburg AG has an extensive network including local authorities, corporations,  energy suppliers, academic institutes and providers of public transportation. At this time, the Wolfsburg AG takes part in multiples projects of the “Schaufenster Elektromobilität Niedersachsen” (show case electro mobility Lower Saxony). Amongst other things the Wolfsburg AG leads the consortium of the project  „Standardisierte und bedarfsgerechte Ladeinfrastruktur – eine Region wird vernetzt“ ( standardized and needs adequate charge infrastructure – a region gets linked up).
